I’m an Industrial Psychologist who genuinely cares about how people experience work and how organisations can do better by their people. My work sits at the intersection of employee wellbeing, people operations, and organisational effectiveness. I’m especially interested in how evidence-based psychology can support healthier workplaces, better decision-making, and more humane systems, whether through employee wellness initiatives, assessment and development, or organisational research. I value integrity, thoughtful problem-solving, and collaboration, and I enjoy working in environments where people, purpose, and accountability matter.
