About

I am a Clinical Psychologist working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples experiencing a range of emotional, psychological and relational difficulties. My areas of interest include mood and personality disorders, trauma, learning difficulties, relationship challenges, and personal or emotional difficulties, as well as those seeking personal growth and greater self-understanding. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and compassionate. I work primarily from a psychodynamic perspective, while remaining evidence-based and tailoring therapy to each client’s individual needs. I integrate approaches such as CBT, ACT and DBT where appropriate to help clients develop practical skills and create meaningful, lasting change.
