About

I am an HPCSA-registered Clinical Psychologist who is passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges and build meaningful, fulfilling lives. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing a range of emotional, behavioural, and mental health difficulties. At the heart of my work is creating a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where people feel heard, understood, and supported. I help individuals explore and understand themselves, as well as find healthier ways to cope with and manage their life circumstances. I believe each individual is different, thus the support I provide is tailored to your needs, keeping in mind your unique background, cultural context and beliefs.

I offer individual, couples, and group therapy. My areas of interest include trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, adjustment challenges, relational difficulties and the psychological impact of medical conditions.

I am committed to promoting mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and empowering individuals and communities through education, advocacy, and meaningful connection.
