My approach is collaborative and compassionate, grounded in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where healing and growth can take place. I am trained in several modalities such as Schema Therapy, CBT, Psychodynamic, and Person-Centered Therapy and I am skilled at tailoring each to individual client’s unique needs. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and have clinical experience from Elizabeth Donkin Psychiatric Hospital and Rahima Moosa Mother and Child Hospital.
